What’s included with my Camping Ticket?
Bronze
Our Bronze package gives you access to camp in the Bronze campsite** which features “proper” toilets, hot showers and 24 hour manned Info Hub. (see below for details). Please note only those with a Bronze camping wristband can access the Bronze campsite.
Silver
Our Silver package gives you access to camp in the Gold/Silver campsite** which features ‘proper’ toilets, hot showers, pamper parlour (with mirrors, hair straighteners etc), 24 hour manned Info Hub + free car parking. You will need to purchase a Creamfields Gold ticket if you wish to access the Hospitality Arena on site.
Gold
Our Gold package includes access to the Gold/Silver campsite** which features ‘proper’ toilets, hot showers, pamper parlour (with mirrors, hair straighteners etc), 24 hour manned Info Hub, free car parking plus access to the exclusive Hospitality Arena on site which will serve you up a complimentary hot meal each day, Hospitality Arena ‘proper toilets’, indoor and outdoor seating areas, leather sofas, wooden flooring, plus access to various exclusive concessions and services including cocktails, Make Up and Hair and glitter tent***

If you are purchasing a Gold Day ticket – you get free car parking plus access to the exclusive Hospitality Arena on site which will serve you up a complimentary meal each day. Standard Day
If you are purchasing a Standard Day ticket – you get access to the Main Even Arena

Yes, there will be locker facilities available to purchase in advance. Lockers will be located in the Campsite Village (so only accessible to camping ticket holders) near to the Co-op store and are accessible 24 hours. Lockers will be on sale soon

Festival Tickets are not included in your accommodation price, and must be booked separately. Everyone staying in your Dreamfields accommodation must have a 2, 3 or 4 day Creamfields Camping ticket (Standard, Bronze, Silver or Gold) to gain entry

There are no pass outs at Creamfields.
If you have a camping ticket and you leave the festival site you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY
If you have a day ticket and you leave the festival site you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY
If you have a 2 or 3 day ticket WITHOUT camping you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY ON INDIVIDUAL DAYS. On leaving the event after each day you will need to produce the ticket for the next day to gain re-entry
Dreamfields accommodation is purchased separately, however, you must have an event ticket (Gold, Silver, Bronze or Standard camping) to gain access to the event which is NOT included in the price of your Dreamfields accommodation.
If purchase a Pre Pitch tent, you still need to purchase your festival ticket separately and must be a Bronze ticket (Pre Pitch campsite is located in within the Bronze campsite).

If you don’t want the hassle of lugging your tent and prefer a more leisurely and luxurious festival experience arriving onsite to your pre-erected accommodation, then ‘Pre- Pitch & Party’ is for you. This campsite is located next to the Campsite Village and Arena Entrance – as close to the party as you’re going to get!
*Please note that Pre-Pitch & Party campsite is separate from the Dreamfields campsite.

Pre-Pitch & Party is NOT accessible to those with a Standard, Gold or Silver ticket. Pre Pitch campsite can only be accessed with a Bronze ticket which must be purchased separately.

All images are of expected delivered accommodations – but please be advised final products are subject to some minor changes (for example in furniture colouring or exact layout) depending on exact availability. Anyone beyond the advertised capacity will not be permitted to stay in the structures.

Creamfields UK is strictly an 18’s and over event, and we will be operating a strict Challenge 21 policy at the entrances / bars and spot checks will be in operation around the festival site. Please ensure you bring acceptable forms of valid ID, these are:-
o An in date photographic driver’s license or provisional licence,
o A valid passport (not a photocopy). Out of date passports will NOT be accepted.
o A Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card (showing the PASS hologram) more information on the pass scheme website.

Yes, you can access the event any day your ticket is valid for
If you have purchased a ticket from one of our official ticket agents, tickets will start to be posted out 2 months before the event and can arrive up to a week before the show. If there has been an issue with delivery or the ticket agent has advised you to collect, you will need to go to the Box office on site where you can collect your ticket, you will need to bring valid photo ID as proof of purchase and also have your order reference.
Camping ticket holders
If you are camping at the festival, you can bring in your own alcohol. There is a limit of 24 cans and 1 litre plastic bottle of spirit per person. No glass allowed on site, any drinks in glass bottles must be decanted into plastic bottles before arrival.
Cans can be mixed – cider, lager, wine but must not exceed 24 cans.
Please note that alcohol can not be brought into the Event Arena.
Strictly no kegs
Day ticket holders
If you are a day ticket holder, no drinks or alcohol can be brought into the event, apart from 1 x 500ml bottle of water which must be sealed.
No, sorry. Please leave speakers at home (we have lots of speakers in the event arena!). Portable speakers are a prohibited item and there is no facility to store prohibited items including speakers on site. Items confiscated will be discarded. The promoter is not responsible for abandoned items
No, please understand we have thousands of campers on site and even though they look pretty, unfortunately we don’t have enough space for you to erect a gazebo.
No glass is allowed at Creamfields. This includes perfume, foundation bottles, aftershave and mirrors. These are prohibited items and will be confiscated at the entrance (please note there is no facility to leave your belongings and collect after the show) so please double check before you arrive at the show.
*Small make up compact mirrors are acceptable.
Facemasks can be worn. Offensive and full face covering masks are prohibited.

Yes you can if you have purchased a camping ticket, but remember Creamfields is in the middle of a field, we recommend bringing a rucksack instead.

Portable Chargers will once again be provided by Charge Candy with multiple swap locations in the Campsite Village, Gold Campsite and arena. For as little as £17.95 you can pre-book a weekend wristband that allows you one full charger per day.
If you have purchased a gold ticket, as part of your package you receive a complimentary meal each day, the QR token is attached to your wristband and can only be used in the Hospitality Arena and can only be scanned once per day (depending on the number of days you are on site)
We’d love for you to spend your 18th birthday with us! You can still attend provided you are 18 or over on the day you wish to enter the festival site. You can also buy your ticket before your 18th birthday.
For example, if your 18th birthday falls on the Saturday of the event weekend then you would only be able to enter the festival from the Saturday onwards. You would not be allowed entry on the Thursday or Friday.
